I have been in real estate for 9 years, and I can actually say that I love my job. I have lived in NYC for 17 years - in the Upper East Side (9 years), and currently in Tribeca (89years), which gives me great insight into New York City real estate. My two passions in life are decorating and animals. With decorating I am able to help my sellers get ready for an open house by rearranging or eliminating whatever is necessary. I can help my buyers picture their future home design. I have acted as general contractor, cost consultant on two major renovations, and a large kitchen renovation reducing costs from $120,000 to $75,000. I love working with clients and helping them find the right apartment that works for them. It is such a great day when we walk into an apartment and I see that look on the client' s face and they know this is the one. Of course it is a better day when we close on an apartment and the client is happy! My animal passion I am able to satisfy with my two Chihuahuas. I also take in a foster dog a few times a year and train them for a new home. It's always hard to give them up, but when they find a forever home (wow) it is such a wonderful feeling that I saved a life.
